Welcome to the heart of the HRHS Band community! The Band Booster organization plays a vital role in supporting the extracurricular aspects of our band program—especially the high-energy, high-impact world of marching band. Through fundraising, volunteering, and advocacy, our Boosters ensure students have the resources and experiences they need to thrive.
💼 How We Work Together
- Band Director: Sets the vision, goals, and schedule for the band program each year, and develops a budget to support those plans.
- Band Booster Board: Reviews and approves the budget, oversees income and expenses, and works closely with the Band Director and school officials to build a successful instrumental music program.
Together, we create opportunities for students to grow musically, socially, and personally—on the field, on stage, and beyond.
🤝 What We Do
Band Boosters are actively involved in:
- Supporting and advocating for the band program
- Funding equipment, music, staffing, and more
- Volunteering as chaperones for trips and events
- Organizing and running fundraising activities
- Staffing the concession stand at home football games
- Welcoming and encouraging new parent participation
Whether you’re cheering from the stands or helping behind the scenes, there’s a place for everyone in our band family.
